Manitoba`s beneficiaries this year are Kaelyn Middleton and Kennedi Gosselin. It is with a heavy heart that we share the sudden death of our member and long-time brother Laurent «Larry» Gagnon. Although we closed our doors «officially» to our members on March 17, 2020, we did our best to provide the same level of service you expect from us without having the physical presence. For those who did not have the chance to participate in the last general meeting, I would like to share all this with you… Starting November 1, 2020, we will be moving to a new office space, as we recently sold our 244 Cree Crescent. We are proud to be an international union with our national headquarters in Ottawa, supported by the strength of 400,000 members across North America. With deep roots and a strong history, operating engineers are a closely connected family that supports each other in need. From financial assistance in times of floods, forest fires or tornadoes to celebrating our successes as our members grow up.
United, we offer the best service to all our members. Kaelyn Middleton is currently attending the University of Winnipeg and studying combined studies in biology and geography, and then applying for medical school. Your goal is to one day be a heart surgeon in a target. Office hours remain unchanged.
