You agree not to use PFMS to conduct transactions related to NetBanking Services. PFMS can only be used to download information from your accounts through NetBanking Services. Without limiting other provisions of this Agreement, you agree that we have no responsibility or liability related to your use of PFMS and that your use of PFMS is solely at your own risk. We do not make assurances on PFMS. We do not grant any rights, licenses or permissions to use PFMS. All rights, licenses or authorizations to use PFMS must be obtained from the relevant third party.
