Daimsis says there is such a «huge power imbalance» that Ottawa should put in place better safeguards to give customers a chance to fight if something goes wrong in their online banking. You may use personal financial management software («PFMS») such as Microsoft® Money, Quicken® or Quickbooks® to access account information such as account history through NetBanking Services. You agree not to use PFMS to conduct transactions related to NetBanking Services. PFMS can only be used to download information from your accounts through NetBanking Services. Without limiting other provisions of this Agreement, you agree that we have no responsibility or liability related to your use of PFMS and that your use of PFMS is solely at your own risk. We do not make assurances on PFMS. We do not grant any rights, licenses or permissions to use PFMS. All rights, licenses or authorizations to use PFMS must be obtained from the relevant third party. The use of PFMS to make transactions and connect directly to your accounts is subject to a separate agreement. «The purpose of the notification is not just to send the information. Fees: If you make transactions through online banking or wealth management online, you will be charged the transaction fees, fees and commissions, if any, provided under the agreements relating to your accounts and services.
These fees, charges and commissions will be deducted from your account or charged to you, as set out in the agreements on your accounts and services. Any additional fees, charges or commissions specific to the use of online banking or online life management will be communicated to you online after prior notification. You acknowledge that third parties, including Internet service providers and mobile phone providers, may charge you additional fees for accessing the Services using an electronic device.
